April 23, 2017 – MediaPost – ThinkLA, an LA-based nonprofit founded to promote LA as a network of creativity and innovation in media, marketing, and advertising, has announced the finalists for the 2017 IDEA Awards. The annual IDEA Awards celebrate the work, people, and agencies in Southern California and hypes LA as a “hotbed of creativity.”
Over the past few months, hundreds of entries were sent in by brands, agencies, and publishers and then voted on by a panel of judges looking for the best advertising produced in Southern California in the last year. Entries were judged on criteria including success in achieving business goals, creativity, and impact.
Of the submissions, judge Helen Lin, President, Digital, Publicis Media Exchange said, “I am very excited to see the big ideas LA brought to 2016. I’m thrilled to be part of the judges panel to see all the creative and innovative content first-hand.”
